Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?

Governance under the NDC government is all about deceit and 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven. And as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they have already loosened theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they asked us to wait for a paradise in three years. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

Yes, it is possible all the monies taken may/might not be put to the best use but we cannot pretend not to be seeing any developmental projects going on in all the regions of Ghana including Eastern region. We want more schools, hospitals, more public univerties, motorable roads, etc, etc. Definitely, some/part of the monies for these purposes must come from external donors.

The power problems are gradually vanishing, and issues with regards to fuel prices are now a thing of the past. Drivers are rather charging Ghanaians more but you have not notice that to speak against it as a statesman that you claim to be . The Atuabo Gas project which NPP guys objected to severely is now completed. My only prayers are that, some of your guys should not burn it down to roll the country back. But the question is, when Mr. Akufo Addo was in government for many years, what did he do for his own constituency? Can he point to one major or significant project that he undertook? Even the roads in your own township, it took President John Mahama to start constructing the roads that were so dilapidated. Not even the NPP government was able to think of that project. Mr. Akufo Addo has not come out with a single eye catching strategy that he will implement to develop Ghana. Rather than solving the problems in his party, he said he is focused on winning power! POWER FOR WHAT? If you cannot solve simple problems in your own party, how can you solve the problems of Ghana? You claim you will eradicate poverty. But Matthew 26:11 says the poor you will always have with you. Are you superior to Jesus who prophesied that statement? If you had all those wonderful ideas which to me is business as usual, why didn’t you put them at the disposal of your party when in government? Or is it the cases of the spectators giving instructions to boxers and footballers when in fact, the spectators are not feeling the same pressure as the boxers and footballers? Even in the USA, there are very poor people there. You simply want power so you can pay back the HUGE debts you have so much accrued as a result of selfish presidential ambitions. As at today, the United States of America owes over 18 trillion dollars as public debt. How much is GHC 300B in US currency terms in today's exchange rate? - that is a little over 7 billion dollars and you are making such noise....? Please give us a break MR Senior Citizen. For me, the TRUTH is, you MR. Akufo Addo WILL LOSE the 2016 ELECTION FLAT!!! You are going on a national tour without your Chairman and General Secretary and you do not see that as a huge problem but loans for national development which you and your descendants will benefit from is rather a problem for you? When Rawlings was constructing the Tema station and Makola market, you guys were against it, Sankara over pass, Kumasi and Tamale roads, you guy said Ghanaian will not eat the roads. Aveyime rice project, Npp left the equipments to rot so they can import rice and sell to Ghanaians. Kwame Nkrumah constructing Akosombo Dam, Tema Harbour and motoway, your ancestors were against that, supported the CIA and he was overthrown. But NPP came to power and started renaming things they did not construct! Aaaba! HIPC Money, no accounting to the state. The current President, John Mahama is fixing the economy too, many court actions! You own members of parliament are cut in tape recordings asking for BRIBES before allowing a Bank to float shares and you have not come out to condemn that. At least if Ghana owes and the Atuabo Gas plant which cost one billion dollars to construct can help provide the Gas to run our thermal plants for electricity then it is a good news and okey.

Everybody borrows money to do business and pay later but while the borrowed money not yet paid the person is described as a debtor. This is the wolf cry Akuffo Addo is doing with Mahama.

You, Akuffo Addo, when minister of Attorney general and justice you failed to defend Ghana at the courts, and that your unconcerned mentality caused us to loose the OIL DRILLG SHIP. Is it now that you wake up from sleep to know that it is good to defend Ghana when it comes to Mahama and debt.

The debt came out of something good, of which you Akuffo Addo is aware but because of politics you are crying wolf. The projects that the government had invested in will pay later with the provision of electricity and in improvement of the situations although it may not be what one will be satisfied with since the whole world is burning with sufferings even the so called developed economies too are crying.
