There is no brainer that no one is above the law, not even presidents, prime ministers, the monarchy, etc. The very foundation of democracy is shaken to the core when the trust of a country's judiciary is betrayed by none other than judges who are supposed to uphold the law.
In order for the judiciary, which is an integral branch of the government consisting of the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary to redeem itself therefore requires action and not words. Her Ladyship Chief Justice should therefore cease lecturing and move into action to restore faith into the judicial system again. The alleged corrupt judges need to be dealt with under the law

These beasts should in Nsawam by now. What the hell are you waiting for madam? Or you have something yo hide yourself? Or was it the government which you took part to loot is what is hunting you. Ghanaians are eagerly waiting to see you. Time will definitely tell. For now, we don't have judges in this country. No. Not a single one who has the moral to convict anybody in this country. Lack of supervision by the CJ led to all these things. She is more interested in going to China to purchase furniture for courts than to sit in the office to supervise her staff. What do you of quality of furniture, Your Ladyship? The technical people in the service have been declared useless and must resign since the CJ has declared them so by going to China herself to do the purchases herself. Parliament was lambasted for such an act why not the judiciary and what interest did the CJ have to have stooped so low to undertake such a venture?

WHAT THE USE OF GHANA EMBASSY IN CHINA
Am Ghanaian in china and I will like to know the use of our embassy in china
1, the embassy has no right or power to protect any Ghanaian citizen in china when something bad happened to us,
2, for year applying for Ghanaian visa cost 360rmb (about 2million ghc) by the embassy
This year Ghana business visa center being open at Beijing where all visa applications directed by them and is being control by Chinese
The horror part is the charge for each visa cost from 1320 rmb to 2500rmb 8millon ghc to 15millon ghc
Ghanaian holding his/her passport has no right to apply visa for his business friend or partner
And if Chinese want to come to Ghana they go to the Ghana visa center directly apply for visa by them self and Ghanaians can not …why?
And the visa charge is too much that, everything shows the visa service center being open for to make money and not to the interest of Ghanaians in china
My question is do we have Chinese visa service center in Ghana apart of the Chinese embassy? If no, why do we keep soo low to allow Chinese have control of our national visa service in china, then why do we have embassy here in china for?

I for one, have reposed confidence in you and trust that the whole nation will not be betrayed again. This culture of entitlement MUST be stopped. I watch with horror how some of the alleged Justices are trying to blame it on Anas. With all due respect how Stupid could they be knowing that the law frowns on acceptance of gifts if you are in the Judiciary, Parliament, Men and Women of the Security forces. Bankers, Protocol Officers in order not to compromise the security of the Nation.
