OH GHANA??????
Justice delayed is justice denied. Jail them already and stop beating about the bush. U are taking too long long
say that to kwabena Agyapong and Paul Afoko cos they are ignorant and think they can kill with acid and go scot free
Her Ladyship the Chief Justice, please we already know that. Put in another way: 'The law is no respecter of persons". We therefore demand action, not words. The trial of the corrupt judges should be held daily , Monday - Sat ...

Well said but my problem is if only Mahama or Asiedu Nketsia will give her free hand to do her job.
This will be a test case for you, therefore let Ghanaians gain back their confidence in the judicial system else you will be equally branded as kelewele C J.
There is no brainer that no one is above the law, not even presidents, prime ministers, the monarchy, etc. The very foundation of democracy is shaken to the core when the trust of a country's judiciary is betrayed by none oth ...

Ghana problem is Asiedu nKetiah
To be corrupt in Ghana now is dangerous
ALL THE LAWYERS SPEAKING AGAINST ANAS ARE NPP LAWYERS. IF ANYONE WILL INTERFERE, THEN WILL BE NANA ADDO OR NPP WHO ALWAYS THINK THE CHIEF JUSTICE WAS APPOINTED BY KUFFOUR SO THEY HAVE GREATER CHANCE OF WINNING CASES.
Good idea!
This woman can't do any fucking shit, these judges should have been jailed and bailed by now, all the laws protecting them should have stripped off and let them become a common citizen and dealt with to the extension of the l ...

Swearing gets you nowhere sir. Rather you should urge good powers to win!
I have had official interactions with the Chief Justice before and saw in her good and honest attributes, I know for sure that she will deliver. It is really good we have her as the CJ at this particular time.
Thank you for giving us hope!
OHH my friend, hold your breath. Let the CJ declare her assets. She is one of the wealthiest persons in Ghana. she is grapping lands here and there currently working on her retirement package through dubious means. The end wi ...

You said it right
The president, vice and yourself are not above the law either. Before making such dodgy understatement, start with where the the entire constitution had gone wrong.
There is such a glaring lack of remorse and resignations conscience in the Ghanaian body politic which is so worrisome! How can we therefore start cultivating this as part of our national conscience? It is, therefore, to star ...

Agreed! Perhaps people should march the streets more often?
Madam C.J.,you lie!!!!! A common suspect is placed behind bars while his case is investigated. You let identified criminal judges loose, still roaming our streets, obstructing investigation and delaying justice. Be truthful.
Stop this hypocrisy, why did you suspend only 24 and leave out the rest.
Maybe judges should be judged HARDER under the law than most? And how can judges judge colleguaes fairly? It is difficult!
is true no one or judge i above de law of de country
How many judges are in the country?. If 34 are not good it's okay
“We gave power to Parliament to come out with laws and those laws are supreme because Ghana is under rule of law, so no judge is above the law,” the CJ said. The above is a mere rhetoric.
If you this so-called Chief Just ...

When is this stupid "India powerful man" advert"going to be taken off the Ghana web? All this nonsense breeds corruption and evil quick money.
The CJ must ask herself why she grabbed state land. She should also subject herself to the law whether she followed due process and whether she had the right to buy state land, undersold to her. Whether she returned it or not ...

Ghana Judicial System indeed! Tweeaa. Whatever it is, the respect and honour vested in them is already tarnished all over the world. Is "checks and balances" working at all in Ghana? Very sad.
