One should not be surprised at this development especially with the recent exposure of rot in the judiciary with reference to corrupt judges.The judiciary in my experience is a sanctuary of thieves with lawyers,judges,court registrars and clerks ganging up in a web of corruption to fleece and extort victims.Victims of grave injustice have suffered double tragedy of pure cruelty and injustice because white collar criminals pretending to be pillar of justice gang up to suppress or destroy cases for bribes.The justice system is the sole reserve of the rich and powerful who buy these crooks in court despite being the perpetrators of heinous crime and atrocities against the poor and defenseless.The corrupt and defunct Attorney General and the police in Ghana are part of this gargantuan web of institutionalized corruption where justice is sold for money instead of exposing and punishing law offenders.

I know of a friend sacked by Ghana Health Service because he spoke against corruption.A patient died in Effia Nkwanta hospital because she was denied blood because she could pay a bribe of 50 ghana cedis for blood transfusion .The story was in the News Papers and social media.The Medical Superintendent of the hospital quickly pointed accusing fingers at the young doctor on duty that night whom he believed leaked the story to the media.The Medical Superintendent had had differences with the doctor in the past and they were actually not on talking terms.He subsequently dismissed the doctor at the level of the hospital merely on the bases of suspicion.The doctor took his case to CHRAJ knowing the Regional Director connived with the MS to victimize him.He won his case at CHRAJ,Western Region forcing the hospital management to reinstate him.The Medical Superintendent was also forced to produce a psychiatry report he was hiding for years for collection at CHRAJ office since it rather favored the young doctor he tried implicating with a mental illness.The report stated that the doctor did not have any problem and rather charged management to be fair in dealings with him without prejudice Peeved by the fact that the doctor he falsely accused of a mental illness forcing him to go for numerous psychiatry assessments in an attempt to destroy his career won his case, he conspired with the hierarchy of the GHS to victimized him.Dr.Ntodi with the help of the Regional Director Linda Vanotoo conspired with the hierarchy of GHS who was once again victimized.In a letter signed by the DG,GHS,Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira copied to then Health Minister Alban Bagbin,the doctor was dubiously implicated with a mental illness and dismissed on the bases of that since December 2012.In a letter signed by Appiah Denkyira,the doctor was sacked through an indefinite suspension on the bases that he was suffering from 'possible delusional disorder' requiring compulsory further assessment and treatment when he did not even present himself to the Medical Board in an obvious conspiracy to victimize him.This is against the background of overwhelming evidence(documentary and pictorial) of heinous atrocities and abuse by Dr.Ntodi the Medical Superintendent of Effia Nkwanta Hospital in the Human Resource Director's Office,GHS in a conspiracy to previously throw him out of the hospital and region,a case he won and was re-posted to the hospital.Despite the doctor suffering 2 assassination attempts on his life prompting him to write to the PRO/IGP,police headquarters,his case has been gagged up in court because it involved big men.There were even instances he was told his file could not be traced in an attempt to destroy the case.A case of gross atrocities and abuse with the victim unemployed without salary for almost 4 years, requiring urgent attention is still hanging on at the Human Rights Court.He suffered persecution and victimization because he was vocal against corruption needlessly killing patients in that hospital with top management members involved. His first lawyer summed up the reason for the heinous persecution and victimization when he told him authorities in GHS say he is 'loud mouth' they are happy to have gotten rid of him.These were words coming out of the mouth of a Lawyer he hired and paid to defend him in Court.The Lawyer subsequently threw his file at him and added he will never win the case because it involved big men.He surprisingly added that the sitting judge will turn the case against him even though he has a very good case because high caliber people including then Health Minister,Alban Bagbin are involved.My friend is hopeful though because his current lawyer seems to be sensitive to his plight in pushing the case at the Human Rights Court after he was let down by as many as 7 lawyers some of whom collected various sums of money from him for no work done.Some frankly told him they can't pursue his case despite him having a very good case because high profile persons are involved.We are with you Bro.COMMIRATE BAB'S

The suspect has refunded part of the money, yet still behind bars. The criminal judges have refunded nothing of the huge stolen amount, yet they are not even arrested. C.J., I have lost faith in you. You cannot deliver.

What did you do about Woyome? What did you do when our presidential lounge was turned into a cocaine trafficking hub? PLEASE start thinking!!! We will not stand for partiality. I can understand there is no rule of law in Ghana, but if you push too far, the people will be forced to establish the rule of law themselves.
