  Let's try 96% of fake pastors in Ghana; 70% is way too low a figure! I see about 97--98% of fake practicing pastors in Ghana at this time. Unlettered and poorly educated pastors abound everywhere you go. Some have taken pastoral positions because of the fear of permanent unemployment, and the need to care for a family; and others are morally sick, and need to be converted.
  
  So when a wrong motive impels one to go in the ministry such as a good pay check, popularity, etc, he robs himself of the dignity and preparation for a holy calling, and also robs his congregation of the blessing of God's word. He can cite no example of personal experience which is Christlike. His preaching is dry and formal. Thus leaving a congregation thirsty for the word of God.
  
  How does the church prepare someone for the ministry? Examples of men of God like Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, Paul and Timothy assure us that senior Pastors can train junior pastors or lay preachers for ministerial positions. Who knows when these senior pastors will be incapacitated, or die one day? It is at such a time that a trained lay pastor who understands the routine of the ministry will be able to function efficiently.
  God-fearing senior pastors of good report in and outside the church circle will follow biblical examples when they become preceptors to seminary students, or encourage young men and women to go into the ministry, and adopt them as their children in Christ, giving them all the help they need in their training.

  I will say maybe 95% are fake pastors.
  Especially those driving flashy luxury cars

  Yes their CHRIST too is fake!
  Nobody saw him when he was on earth!!! The Indians didnt see him, the Chinese didnt see him The blacks in Africa didnt see him It is only the Whites who saw him!! Hmmmm and talked about him .
