There appears to judicial madness in Ghana. An Attorney and MP lost a case at the High Court and he said he will take the case to the Supreme Court instead of the Appeal Court. Now, the LMVCA moves from Circuit to the Supreme for the interpretation of a ruling by a Circuit Court. That is absolute judicial madness. The Supreme is there to interpret the Constitution and not rulings by lower court unless it is a ruling by an Appeal Court. The right court that LMVCA should go is the next stage of the appellate system and that is the High Court. Going to the Supreme Court is abuse of process, the same crime committed by the police by deceiving a court to secure another injunction on ex parte on the blind side of the judge.

The sensible thing to do is to request if only 4 persons can be allowed to present the petition and with signatures of all would-be demonstrators.

Well,as to whether the petition is being done out of good faith is very contentious.

Nana Addo's camp will eventually put the final nail in NPP's coffin, only then would the Kufuors regret looking on with no concern.

The question is, how are we going to remove names from the Volta list without giving those 79,000+ the chance to opt to be part of Ghana or Togo in which case they would all opt Ghana, a truism.

Hypocritically, the north, and Ivorian bordering communities have been ignored by Bamumia and co.

Talensi should have send a warning to this political rascals but it seems they learnt no lessons.

I have always argued for the birth and death records to be brought up to standards and yet no one in Ghana seems bothered about it.

I wonder how we plan school places, budgets, housing etc without a proper functioning record system.
The fact is that, people who pay taxes in Ghana as well as natural citizens should be allowed to determine who rules the nation. This is the only fair way forward.

Finally, the ghost names and child voters must also be removed from the register.

Ghanaians living abroad with no clear contributions to the nation must not be allowed to register in any clean up exercise.

All these and many fair means must be employed to ensure nothing gives an undue advantage to any candidate. God Bless Ghana.

Ask the CPP how the number of registered votes increased and shot up like a rocket to over 10,000 voters in Jomoro and you will understand why NDC seemingly wins in the villages.
The register will be changed and LMVC will picket at the EC and present the petition to the EC, whether Mahama likes it or not.

Again Boko Haram in Akyem terrorized Muslim women for buying food from Christians yet the IGP(a Muslim) kept mute because Mahama was happily implementing OIC agenda. Muslims burnt down a Christian mission house in Atebubu yet the IGP was again silent and Mahama did not condemn it. Muslims gleefully flogged a heavily pregnant woman in Akyem Tafo for no legitimate reason yet Prez Mahama and the IGP joyfully looked on. AMA banned churches in classrooms, Northern Regional Minister ( A Gonja) accused the Christian clergy of encouraging politicians to be corrupt, with the sole aim of tarnishing the image of Christianity and also aimed at gaining OIC membership. These are all plans aimed at suppressing Christianity to please the OIC. These are all indicators that Mahama is feverishly handing over Ghana to the Organisation of Islamic Conference, led by Turkey, for Money. We should remember Islam is useless without direct state support and so Mahama is providing that support to Muslims to grow in Ghana whilst at the same time suppressing Christians.

With all that is taking place currently within the judicial system in Ghana, one wonders whether the judge in question has been influenced by powers above (NDC) or some money has exchanged hands. It is obviously now clear that when it comes to cases taken to courts in Ghana truth has no meaning at all. It is simple about who you know, how much money can be dashed under table or how powerful the other is. Yes, the trust is gone. The Judicial System is indeed broken. Yes, things fall apart and the center cannot hold any more. If this was not true, one wonders how the judge who stopped the demonstration could work freely from the court to his house to sleep. Indeed, some judges have no shame any more. They are too rotten to the teeth. They have done it too much to an extend that it has become parts and parcel of them. They don't see it in any other way. It is indeed a big shame.
