  How odd. It sums present day Ghana up perfectly: a bank built with the blood, sweat and tears of ordinary people, falls into the hands of government cronies, who are accused by said bank's staff of mismanaging and asset-stripping the bank - and selling its properties at fire-sale prices to themselves.
  
  All the while, there is deafening silence from Ghana's ruling urban elites, as the selfsame crooks ruining the bank, bribe group after group, and sundry rogues in the word of Ghanaian politics, to support them publicly.
  
  If this was the UK, those in charge of the ADB would have long been investigated by the police for defrauding the bank, and, tried, jailed and banned for life from becoming directors of companies.
  
  So many perfidious individuals participating in the brutal gang-rape of Mother Ghana with impunity. Pity. Hmm, Ghana - asem ebeba debi ankasa!

  Who are you begging for forgiveness having tarnished the image of the directors and management. This is because the UNICOF leadership are NPP sympathizers and the ADB directors and the management staff are perceived to be NDC members because the Managing Director is from the Volta Region.
