You fool, Anas is human just like you and not a spirit, so find another Kwaku Ananse story to tell Ghanaians.

This judge is damn ashamed of his behavior so much so that he doesn't even know what to say to defend or excuse himself. You took a bribe to set some criminal free. The government gives you free housing (bungalow), free vehicle (car), free work clothes (the black robe) and, perhaps, free utilities, including your phone bill—all courtesy of colonial rule legacy!!

So, NEGRO, what the heck do you do with your monthly salary—just like the average working Ghanaian—that you have to stoop so low to take bribes as extra income?? All the judges involved in this scandal should be prosecuted by the laws that they swore to execute and be FORCED to return all what they took from Anas & co (money, goats, sheep, chickens, kenkey, squirrels, tortoises, rats, etc.), except the non-retrievable items like SEX and massages. Thanks to Anas & God that these LIARS & THIEVES are exposed!!

Today I am reading from the same paper about one of the judges confessing and advising his colleagues not to contest Anas. Go back and read these two articles again and draw your own conclusions.

Fellow Ghanaians especially DSTV subscribers, I think it's high time we fought this stupidity by the DSTV operators.
Dstv has effectively 1st October increased its subscription by Ghs 36, which means premium service consumers will pay Ghs 395 for a service which at the beginning of the year was around Ghs 235.
Now the question many of us need to ask is why these exorbitant increases in subscription?
Dstv transmits from South Africa where the Rand is relatively stable (and for close to 15 years has traded with the Dollar within the region of Rand 11-12) to other unstable economy like ours.
Their main operational cost in Ghana is electricity which does not experience frequent price increases to warrant their frequent increases in their subscription, their skeleton staff here in Ghana whose main function is receipt of payment of bills and reconnection are paid in Cedis without frequent changes in their salaries.
Dstv enjoys economy of scale transmitting all across Africa with South Africa being the lowest subscription fee country and Ghana amongst the highest fee countries. The frequent increase in subscription in the unstable Currency economies does not make economic sense since such relativities in the operational cost resulting from unstable currency need to be distributed evenly across their coverage region.
Most of their programmes are repeated more than 10 times within a month except football which per its nature (ie frequency of matches played in a week) does not permit such repetition. Hence no justification for the constant rise or indexing their transmission in Dollars.
There are other equally transmission services providers such as Vodafone, Tigo, Globacom, MTN whose charges are relatively stable, besides, having their transmission plants situated in Ghana unlike Dstv, and are more likely to be affected by the instability in our currency, so how can another be taking Ghanaians and other African nationals other than South Africans for a ride?
Due to our weak or non existent consumer protection body, businesses come to our shores to exploit us. A typical example is MTN, though their charges are relatively stable, but whereas they operate in most economies including South Africa and some Asian countries, the bulk of their profit (over 60%) to their global profit is posted from Ghana, WHY?
Another question is even if some subscribers such as the hoteliers are using the Dstv for commercial gains and for that matter can manage their charges to contain such exorbitant increases, how many of such hotels are on the clientele list of Dstv to warrant such indiscriminate increases in their subscription without recourse to the individual private consumer?
Finally and not exhaustive and the least of my considerations, are we as Ghanaians deriving the utmost benefits from these high subscription, where we are charged monthly whether viewed or not? In South Africa you are charged according to viewership, that is you pay as you view, but in Ghana the story is different and the worst and the nauseating part of it is when it rains.
We pay for both rainy and sunny days but transmission is for only sunny days.
Are we not being exploited and for how long do we sit unconcerned for this mayhem to be visited on us as a people? This is not a war for only Dstv users, let all meaning Ghanaians support this cause to prove to other like minded services providers that Ghanaians are getting awoken to their economics right and will not allow themselves to be continually exploited. Let us all users and as many who support this cause converge at the Dstv regional offices across the country on 31st October, 2015 at 11am to register our displeasure in a peaceful manner and beyond that boycott the services if nothing is done.
