Electoral propaganda at its worst. You need to develop tourist infrastructure before or at the same time as you build airport. My opinion is that the millions of USD could have served other purposes more beneficial to the VR.

So what do you expect? Build the airport first first and wait years for the development of tourist infrastructure & services and, in the meantime, we spend money subsidising the airport? Get your brain into gear.

If you want to poo poo, you have to buy toilet roll from someone sitting in front of the toilet door. How shameful. This is the first impression we give to foreign tourists when they set foot here.

Why is it that Ashantes always want to fight against anything which does not fall into their region. Don't be surprise that those people who are against this airport will be the first to land on it.

Please go ahead and construct the Ho airport. To me they should have expanded it to take bigger aircrafts at least this will open up Ho and volta in general

This not a priority Ho is so close to Accra and who will fly there. Who will pay to maintain the airport which will by all indications stay idle.

An Airport @Ho is not what Ewes need to advance your region.
If I was from the Ewe Land I will ask for better roads, and good use of the national resources.

The construction of Ho Airport does not fit at all. I take flight to Ho then pick a vehicle to Hohoe or Nkwanta, Dambai and the rest. It is not fitting at all, because the journey from Ho to the described areas are very bad ...

It is not fitting at all, because the journey from Ho to the described areas are very bad. It takes about one hour forty minutes from Hohoe to Kpeve due to the bad nature of the road with, so how will the airport boost tourism when in fat the
Wli water falls is far from Ho and one ultimately will have to use the vehicle from the airport to the location of the fall. the best solution is to construct durable roads instead of the airport.

The period of flying from Accra to Ho will take at most 15 mins. Who will waste money on a 15 mins flight?
The money to be used in constructing the Airport should be channelled in constructing very goo first class roads in the Volta Region or better still, rail lines to transport food stuff from Nkwata, Kejebi, Dambai and others. Still we could rather make good use of the inland ports and build more boats for water transport on the Volta River, that in itself is of more tourist attraction than an airport which will serve no purpose.
Looking at the local aviation industry, flying Accra-Ho-Accra will be waste of resources to the airline operators... Ask Togbe Afede in whose traditional area the Airport is to be built.

Does Ho deserve an airport? Of course YES.But certainly not before T'adi.

Tourists dont waste their money that is why they go to South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Tunisia etc. Tourists are not in NDC, they reason.
