We can't manage anything! Our economy is being managed by IMF, our oils by foreign companies, our road by foreign engineers, and now our Electricity corporation in the process of being sold to a foreign buyer. Are we fools?

Is there anyone in Ghana politics who has semblance of functional brains and or sense of shame? Every piece of government institution sold by government from J.J. Rawlings to Kufour through the Atta-Mills/Mahama government are currently staffed with Ghanaian workers as production and mid management workers (they provide all the needed labor) Is that not proof enough that the problem with government institutions is not the worker bees but the good for nothing management we so casually call directors or Director Generals? Why then do we not look for competent Ghanaians who have no political connections and or are not fronts for political parties to manage state institutions but will give it their all for the love of mother Ghana?
Selling ECG is another nail in the coffin that Ghana's political parties of the NPP and NDC kind are not worthy of the trust we continue to invest. How is a foreign entity and or a private Ghanaian entity going to buy ECG and make it better with mostly the same set of low level workers who are currently providing labor? If we are this stupid in Ghana then why not sell parliament next? Is it not members of same political parties in parliament that write the laws governing our criminal justice system and or provide guidance and directives as to acceptable best practices and processes of state institutions? And is it not those very MP's and their ruling parties that appoint their political cronies and hacks to manage institutions?
It is rather clear that despite the NPP bragging (claiming to be a party of mostly Ghana’s intellectuals) our educated and political elite class have unknowingly bought into the fallacy that are inferior. How else could the silliness be happening if there are people with brains left in a Ghana the presumed best UK trained leaders ( with a collection of wasteful PhD’s) can sell state institutions and yet claim to have understood classroom lessons learned or be proud being Ghanaians?
