The injunctions that Judge Dery is running to the courts for and those granting those injunctions need to be interrogated as to their interpretation of the Constitution and media pluralism and censorship in our democracy, because if those Judges in whose courts Judge Dery is running all over the place to seek those injunctions are correct in their interpretation of the Constitution, then it presupposes that, those injunctions that are being brought to their courts are frivolous, unmeritorious, capricious, a waste of the Courts and Ghana's time, and as such should not be entertained as Judge Dery or whoever represents him, walks through the doors of the Court.
So which Judges are entertaining those injunctions and why are they entertaining them?
Is it a case of a corrupted mind, a corrupted posture and a corrupted stance in interpreting the Law, which is equally as bad if not worse as collecting bribes or being induced by yam, goats, pepper and all sorts of goodies, including massages and sex?
Clearly, some in the judiciary want to pervert the course of justice in this case as was perpetrated by these Judges who have been caught in the web of this scandalous justice for sale stint.
Ghanaians all over the world are saying this canker of corruption instithutionalized by the John Mahama NDC gov't, needs a cure and Judge Dery cannot thwart and halt that effort starting from the Judiciary. Judge Dery cannot halt the anti-corruption train.

The judiciary arm of any democratic country Ghana inclusive, must therefore adhere to these fundamental tenets of a free just society , without which the legislative , executive arms of government shall be null & void

Your bravery to expose the rot of a society so much endowed with God given natural resources , yet three quaters of its citizens live in advert poverty is unacceptable .

Ghana have thus crave itself as a haven of only the few autocratic few, which can't be tolerated in our modern dispensation of democracy.

Judges and lawyers were paid by John Teye when it was clear that the signature in a Will was forged yet still judegs and lawyer were paid and the property still given to someone one like John Teye who never bought a plot of land in his life time plus the propery on top. Why the institute is charging pupils in dollars so all the judges and lawyers in volved went to pleased John Teye. To make their case look legitimate they also paid staff at the land registery office to put thier name on all the land deeds. Lawyers and registers at Court were often great in lossing documents or dockets for court hearing because when they get their bribes they work things out to dely cases for years on end. Land registery is another area to be under investigations.

And the video should be watched by the general public. We are not only disgracing the affected judges but rather our law system, judiciary and the GBA at large. We have very dangerous criminals who take advantage of the situation to committ heinous crimes in our societies such as lynching, killing , stealing etc .people will lose faith and respect for our judicial system. Yes the judges should be tried and if found culpable should be punished accordingly.these judges are the least of criminals in our societies. Anas go on daily with this nature of work since God who created people and put them in higher positions cares about his nations and the people therein. You are the real eye of God in this regard, for God cheerish good doing for his creation. If people fail to be on your side because they are part of this immoral corruption God, the overall creator will knock them out of life possobly, for Ghana belongs to God.

Due to political and tribal bigotry people failed to realise what God himself started with the issues of corruptions in Ghana when Mahama took power. People appointed by Mahama's govt to take national responsibilties and indulged in corruption were exposed by God; the Northern project per say.

Again a committee set up by Mahama headed by justice Apau exposed many dubious smart corruptions of DEBTS intentionally cooked to rob Ghana of many dollars. The eye and the hand of the God was involved as well with the exposures; the oil drilling ship saga of Akuffo Addo and K T Hammond, and other exposed cases.

In reality God had used Mahama GOVT to expose many ill practices that rocked the nation over the years. This wonderful exposures give credit to Mahama's govt but due to political polarisation people can not use their senses to encourage him instead they foolishly chose the tribal blame game politics.

Anyway it is about the level of understanding the realities of positive national politics. No cause for alarm since hope is not lost as God's eye is in control.

Thank God we have someone like Anas to risk his life to undertake this challenge, when almost everything else had failed to uproot Corruption from the Country. The Judiciary is supposed to be our last fence for protecting us and the Nation, and if it has been so badly infected with the vile social disease of Corruption, we can only be thankful for folks like Anas to help restore some sanity and Justice in the Country.

Dery (it doesn't feel right calling him by the title 'Justice' anymore) can whine all he wants, try all he wants. The cat is already out of the bag, and the train is already on the move. If I were him, I would hanker down in humility and allow the Public to see my human frailty to accord me some sympathies. That might just mitigate any sentences that would rise out of prosecuting him. But to keep challenging the obvious only makes Dery all the more deserving of the toughest punishment, if proven guilty in the Courts after formal adjudication.

Thank you, Anas! Stand tall and confident that all honest patriots are behind you. Don't get intimidated.

We can once again say proudly that we are the Stars of Africa having ,as the first nation,South of the Sahara fought and won freedom for Ghana and directly and indirectly for the rest of Africa
If all journalist would follow your footsteps I strongly believe bribery and corruption would be eradicated in our land and as an example to the rest of Africa and the light for the rest to follow. Please you need to and I appeal to you to do a special one on our journalists to make them sit up and stop the "kola" or "brown Envelope" business.
