Do you think Anas would have had the kind of state cooperation as he is receiving now under Kufuor? You lie bad! Kufuor created the the Office of Accountability in his office for the purpose of preventing official corruption from being exposed. He instructed the Office to look out for instances of official corruption and call such officials to his office two be warned. And that he would not expose such things to destroy his government!!!! This was said publicly and I'm sure all heard him.

But under JDM, no effort is made to conceal corruption. He may not take serious punitive action but at least the perpetrators are named and shamed!!!

Compare JDM to Nana Addo who was conniving with dubious Judgement Debt cheats to loot state funds by writing letters on their behalf to the AG! How about how Nana has now been caught red-handed stealing NPP funds by opening a secret account with Fredie Blay? He illegally diverted party funds into this account and subsequently withdrew GHS500,000 to finance his recent trip to the UK. What a thief pretending to be clean.

Ndebugri can not fight against a work started by God. This is not Anas' work but it is the Lord God Almighty's. The exposure ought to continue because I had wished to see this many years ago. I love seeing this show of the exposure of the wicked corrupt ones in our nation.

This man is like a demon openly fighting for his master without any shame. A malignant cancer in society. A judge is the epitome of justice in society and as such cannot live like everyone else in society. That is why they are called "justice" so and so. That is the sacrifice a judge has to make to occupy that position, and if they cannot do that, they should be resign or be sacked. The judgement of a judge should be stiffer than that of anyone else. As for Anas covering his face, it is not a game. He is protecting himself and his family. He is making a great sacrifice with his work, risking his life and that of loved ones in the process. Only someone who wants him dead will want his veil removed in public.

He must also come into terms with the fact that, Anas' life is at stake due to, all the undercover investigations that he had been conducting in this country and beyond.

Lawyer Nde should be looking at plea bargains that can be advanced to help the case of his clients, since the evidence against his clients is as overwhelming as it is totally indicting.
What does Lawyer Nde want to see their faces for, when about 98% of the transactions were initiated and completed by middle men or go between of these unscrupulous Judges?
Lawyer Nde is infuriating Ghanaians with his shenanigans and he should desist from pursuing such a path.
The Ajet Nassam's, the Dery's and the rest of them would have a lot of information to help with their plea bargain, involving their engagement with the Mahama NDC gov't and that is what should concern Lawyer Nde instead of this abrasive and contemptuous tomfoolery.
Engaging in this obvious comedy he has choreographed for himself, watching it by himself and tickling himself, alone does not help him and his clients.
He would have been taken seriously in the twilight of his career by attaching some importance and seriousness to the issues at stake, instead of this self-imposed jingoistic tomfoolery because there is nothing to see here.
If Lawyer Nde and those he has chosen to defend were guided by their oath of office, they would have known indeed, theirs is a task of "dealing with apparitions" every blessed day and therefore the law in their Courts, remains SUPREME and not the yam, the money; sopi, sopi to the likes of Ajet Nassam, the goats, pepper, etc, etc, which is akin to reducing the dispensation of justice to having all the ingredients of setting up a chop-bar.

Anas is a state witness and not an accused. He is not obliged to appear but he has done so under certain negotiated conditions.

Anas is not the first nor will he be the last to testify in partial disguise; he has a name and a reliable and verifiable address. There are some cases where witnesses are interviewed or cross-examined from behind a curtain depending on the nature of the case and who is testifying. Why does he want to see the investigator's face? Does Ndebugri see the Police investigator's face in Court? Never, the prosecutor represents the investigator. Ndebugri's silly noises must stop; sometimes the media is to blame for entertaining this silly utterances instead of challenging it.

I urge the Police to take Ndebugri's threat seriously. In fact, he should be arrested for making a death threat; this is an offence. The Police will be very bias in allowing this so-called lawyer to be patrolling our streets seeking to carry out his mischief against Anas and his group. AREST HIM NOW in the name of Justice.

Ndebugri's thinking purports that the CJ and the State are stupid to grant anonymity to Anas. How is that? The issue at stake is that the judges he is seeking to defend sold their conscience while in office contrary to their oath of office. It is not so much of they receiving or being coerced into receiving. They are simply not supposed to do what they did, period.

Ndebugri is loosing his moral conscience in the name of legality. I agree that morality is a contested concept in Law but my beef with him is the way he is going about the issue.

The other day he talked about the way evidence was adduced as if there are prescribed ways of producing evidence. Does it matter if the evidence was stolen? The accused must speak to the accusation and stop ranting and threatening. Innocent people have suffered injustice because of some judge's callousness. This is what we are talking about because of its national, regional and international implications.

Is Ndebugri the only wiseman in Ghana or the most stupid and dangerous? The role of a defence lawyer is to advice and plead the cause of the accused. Ndebugri is leading his client's blindly or using unorthodox tactics in case he wins. Yes, he is free to do that but NOT at the expense of public resource. Dwulor! Fiafi, balawo, thief.

Your mindset is so corrupt that you find nothing wrong with what has happened or saying but you have something wrong with the way Anas conducted the investigation. Being a lawyer does not mean you can say any shit. Over the years corrupt practices have made Ghana stagnant in all facets development. If this happens in China you would hear what could follow. China has taken paces in all aspects of progress because this kind of things can't be tolerated there lest allowing a lawyer to stand up and spew this garbage

He should ask himself which other respectable lawyer in this country or outside is ready to defend such shameful act?
And with who is bending rules, I think those 34 judges bent it in the first place and the committee are aware of Anas' appearance before inviting him. I suggest the committee add him so they become 35 and seize their licences from them before firing them for good, then they will see how 'easy' it is to find work in Ghana and the need to protect your job.
