My great grandfather is a traitor and a thief; my father followed his steps and ended up in prison,
I inherited all their ill gotten wealth; lived a loose life in the streets of London and Germany, patronised a special brothel booth in “red light” street in the Netherlands. As for my schooling I boycotted lectures so no certificate to show. As my monies were dissipating I remembered what my father dreamt of me when I visited him in his cell. My Father dreamt that I am the head of state and has ordered his released from prison. He cautioned me about my ill life style but I didn’t heed to him because I knew the old boy was suffering from hay fever. My father strictly cautioned again that if I have to sell all the properties to become what he dreamt of I have to.
I was living my life after the old boy passed on to the ancestors and my father’s friends and partners in crime impressed upon me to fulfil the dream my father had about me when he was in prison that I will one day become the head of state.(Some of them pose as men of God) I have thought of it as a great opportunity to loot big time to replenish what I have wasted; that’s why I desist to take part in the property grabbing and looting galore in a certain regime I was part of though I managed to pocket the balance of some sale of national properties with my fathers cronies.
I have done my best to obtain a ticket to fulfil my fathers dream to become head of state through my invincible forces by organising demonstration, market burning, Sabotaging national programs, beating my party Chairman and Secretary, blowing false alarms, lying about the state of the economy, boycotting state conferences, litigations in the courts, dirty street campaigns, pushing organisations to strike and many more. I have also become a chameleon: turned into Muslim, Christian, Hindi, Buddhist, Gay and Fetish now I don’t even know what I believe in.
I have also sold all the treasures bequeathed to me on my way to “flag staff house” Unfortunately failure has been my portion and I’m over 70 years of age; my father too is no more. This is not my dream but my fathers.

I have met him in Europe three times and looked into his eyes, and I found that this is the man who can save Ghana from the economic hardship and restore the country´s honour and dignity. It is very rare to get such Leaders. Therefore, we must take this opportunity and vote for him, and not be detracted by those who only want the country to remain in shambles so that they can continue to exploit the people. And with the height: Ghanaians are by nature not tall people, and so what is wrong with that. This is our nature and this is what God gave us. Moreover, the recent most influencial world Leaders like Mr. Sarkozy ( the former French President) Mr. Holland( the current French President) Mr. Berlusconi( the former Italian Prime Minister), Mr. Putin ( the Russian President), Mr. Gehard Schroeder ( the former German Chancellor) and even Mrs. Angela Merkel are of same height as Mr. Akuffo Addo, and so what is the problem of those who are only interested in his height.

Trust is built over time, or earned, and not instantaneously bought with either charm or con. When our National Assets were sold off cheaply among the Elites of the land, and some foreign cronies, where were you?
As an Attorney-General, you could have long done what Anas has just done, exposing the rot in the Judiciary. But no, you were part of the rot, or condoned it. What makes you think we can believe you for a changed man now?
We never saw you challenge GYEEDA, SADA, SUBAH, or any Judgment Debt encumbrance on the Government. Yet, many occurred on your watch. With all your national legal clout, if you could not protest or cause to investigate any of these rotten corruption but only your personal chance to win the Presidency, I say you are too selfish and egoistic for the Nation.
Sorry, Nana, but you squandered a glorious series of chances to redeem yourself and failed to do so. Then came the internal squabbles in your own Party, a microcosm of our Nation. The way you handled the seemingly endless feud between your faction and the Afoko-Kwabena Agyapong-Alan Cash faction does not make the grade for elevating you to the Presidency.
You never really genuinely apologized for your bigoted 'Yen Akanfo de, "all die be die"...' insults. It took you so long to come to make a flaky semblance of apology, and even that was encased in a lingering shell of defiance.
It takes courage to admit one's errors and apologize genuinely and profusely. It takes real patriotism to recognize any bigoted word sows a seed of national divisiveness and distrust. It takes astute empathy to recognize the suffering of the Masses to try to stop any massive corruption that impacts negatively on People's finances.
The elderly or grandparent that sits passively to watch children fight and hurt each other is as guilty as the bully from outside, and deserves unreserved denunciation.
This is why you failed twice in your bid for the Presidency, and yet you could not do much to change people's mind. You are only counting on the mistakes of President Mahama to darken the surroundings for your image to shine. But that is only relative to Mahama's situation, and no adequate persuasion for giving you the seat to rule us.

Where is the developmental agenda in our message? Where are the concrete ideas about making Ghana a better place? Am very disappointed in the campaign that Nana is spearheading. This is not a winning message at all. At least in 2012, we had a message that really moved the people and that message was not about you Akufo Addo but rather about what you will do for the electorate in terms of free SHS education.
