We can`t keep on doing things the old ways.Mr President,you can`t just say somebody was responsible and thats it.No somebody must pay for this,after all it involves human lives.If the Minister failed to do his duty.he must be shown the way out.He is getting money and living on the taxpayer for free to preform such duties,so if he can`t preform his duties,out he goes.You can`t just say he is the reason why the Nurses went on strike,so now we found the fault,and thats the end of the matter.
These are some of the reasons your Government is not preforming,because your appointees know you are weak,and you can`t sack anybody,as soon as you appoint them,so they are doing what they want.

Since I left GH. all the ministers are either ewe or pepefoo. Whats going on in Ghana. JJ, Hila Limann, Mahama, Kotoka, etc,. The country has always been ruled by ethnic minorities. No wonder it is totally colapsed now

“Often when the postings are done, it takes the ministry too long to process their data, so the nurses stay for a protracted time without salaries and that is what is irking the nurses”.
So when did John Dramani Mahama and the responsible sector ministers and the relevant agencies realize this was an issue that needed to be addressed before the Nurses embarked on strike, when the Nurses had even prompted John Dramani Mahama and the relevant ministries over the years, that their salaries had not been paid?
Is John Dramani Mahama saying, they have the data to post them to the various public health institutions across the country, that data they know, but they do not have the data to put them on the payroll and this is the candidate the NDC party and Johnson Asiedu Nketia wants to lead Ghana in 2016 as President of this country? Hahahahaha....
