Some people in the lower income or no-income group choose to sell their food stamps for cash and I think that's what happened, they go to stores and plead with the owners to give them cash for something else the food stamp can't buy, since they don't have the money in cash some store owners get their cards and swipe out of humanitarian grounds, they forget or are ignorant of what may happen later. I remember somebody with a food stamp asked me to take his card for my grocery shopping and give him the cash, which I refused on the grounds that I didn't know how much was on the card. She did that on a humanitarian grounds but American laws have no room for that, it happens also to doctors in insurance fraud. She is a business woman and self made, she has her own store but has gotten into trouble because of helping some people ignorantly. If she is an npp woman so be it, she didn't shop lift like some ndc members are doing here, she is a hard working individual whose business has gone wrong.They never used theft but fraud. NDC are thieves, you take what doesn't belong to you. NKWASEAFUO party, ndc president in blue jeans and coat with a tie to mach what a mismatch and an improper dressing to meet world leaders.Uncivilised , primitive, shameless , disgraceful and disgusting people.

The holders of the coupons which they hold in excess which would have been useless are exchanged for the money to fulfill their other needs. We shouldn't forget the shops are in business and they can't give the face value. True is illegal but then if they were to go into it, there would be a lot of culprits. Somebody might have snitched. It could be an aggrieved Akata customer. Being a foreigner. They will treat it differently. Let's not be happy, envious and jump into hasty conclusions.
