His failure to apply what he learnt and taught in the classroom to his administration has resulted in Ghana's current predicament.He put square pegs in round holes. What a shame for the so called 'astitute law professor'. He claimed that he did not instruct the payment of $30 million to Wayome. Where were his sincereness to Ghana and his leadership skills vis-a-vis his ability to control affairs? Posterity will judge Mills and his lackadaisical approach to problems.
