Justice Emile Short, please enjoy your hard earned rest and leave these two parties to continue the musical chairs on the election of MCEs, and DCEs. The NPP made it a manifesto promise and won many genuine backing for this very issue, but developed cold feet soon after winning. The NDC has never been serious about it, because, the two parties know the DCEs and MCEs are the conduits at the local level for dissipating national resources for party interests.

This would really make them work with the people and for the people.But in the situation whereby they were hand picked by the government in power,their efficiency is always questionable.Because the voice of the people is never heard because if push comes to shove they always have the backing of their boss.But when they are chosen by the people the possibility of working harder and been accountable is huge.

Emile Short has long been aware of the growing corruption in Ghana. What did he really do to quell it?

I am yet to see a bold Lawyer or Judge who would take on the corrupt Officials and Institutions in Ghana to prove their rot and have culprits pay duly, beside Anas.

Emile could have long done what Anas just did and more. Yet, his association with these fellow colleagues in the legal Profession might have benumbed any sharp urge in him to help curb Corruption in the country.

I wish to see dubious national deals or contracts fully revisited and rectified. Much of our seemingly intractable poverty exists because of these criminally mismanaged contracts.

So, let Emile declare his stance on the Anas case and show whether or not he would help to sustain the trend began by Tiger PI to subdue Corruption permanently in Ghana.

"I am not NPP" is not good english. Emile Short should have known better. People of his calibre must not be speaking bad english, unless he really doesn't know that his grammar was wrong.
