The young clerk's responsibilities included bringing the judge a hot cup of coffee at the start of every day. Each morning the judge was enraged that the coffee cup arrived two-thirds full. The clerk explained that he had to rush to get the coffee delivered while it was still hot, which caused him to spill much of it along the way.

None of the judge's yelling and insults produced a full cup of coffee, until he finally threatened to cut the clerk's pay by one-third if he continued to produce one-third less than the judge wanted.

The next morning he was greeted with a cup of coffee that was full to the brim, and the next morning and the morning after that. The judge couldn't resist gloating over his success and smugly complimented the clerk on his new technique.

"Oh, there's not much to it," admitted the clerk happily, "I take some coffee in my mouth right outside the coffee room, and spit it back in when I get outside your office."

They have been sleeping on the job. IF THEY HAD CONDUCTED COLD REVIEW OF CASES AND OTHER SENSIBLE MEASURES THIS SITUATION WOULD NOT HAVE REASON.

Clear the deck and put fresh minds in otherwise the sitautiion will not change. These same people were not aware of prisoners kept in filthy conditions in the prisons and some kept there for no reason.

Obviously, he wants to spread the malfeasance and malaise of corruption that his he forcefully advanced as a policy around, so it is shared by all.
But Ghanaians know better that the Presidency is the grotto of everything thievery and corrupt in this country.
Indeed, it is akin to the rather famous story of Ali Baba and the forty(40)thieves, who after stealing and robbing, and looting and pillaging the riches of their victims uttered the famous words "open sesame" to gain access to the cave of stashed mind-boggling looting and thievery.
Such is the Presidency under this John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't.
The quantum of loot and thievery perpetrated and concentrated within his Presidency, can be equated to the GDP of another country and that is the mockery that has become of our governance and development process. One such loot is the infamous Woyome thievery, in which the presiding Judge Ajet Nassam left the criminal off the hook, after Alfred Agbesi Woyome threatened "people will runaway" should he be jailed in this country. It will be interesting to note all the criminals hold not only positions in John Mahama's gov't but they hold positions in the NDC party of which he is the leader, forming the most dangerous thievery gang ever witnessed this side of the Sahara.
This is what a country turns into when thieves govern...
