We r doomed. Corruption is in the Ghanaian blood now; a serious church going person wants to collect bribe prior to rendering help. That is when I knew we have a big problem.
Just pay them well. Make sure criminals pay for the cost of rendering justice. Make every effort to uproot the corrupt ones.
