We r doomed. Corruption is in the Ghanaian blood now; a serious church going person wants to collect bribe prior to rendering help. That is when I knew we have a big problem.

Just pay them well. Make sure criminals pay for the cost of rendering justice. Make every effort to uproot the corrupt ones.

People should fear about even thinking about trying to bribe a judge. It is not the adversary who should refrain from bribing. If judges are greedy and corrupt and there to sell verdicts and their conscience then they have no business being a judge. We lack a good independent monitoring system and the judicial complaints process has been dormant and non responsive to complaints filed. What prevents the CJ from having a system just like Anas to keep testing judges and court staff to see if they will take bribes. Why can we not have a tracking and data base of numbers and reasons of adjournments being approved by every judge. There are so many things that can be done to force this institution to work the way it should. The CJ must start to think out of the box to get concrete results and the system back in check.

The corruption in divorce and matrimonial court is the worse. Due to corruption a man will pay money to stupid judges and custody of a child will be given to a man without informing the woman. Due to lack of money no matter how much the woman will try to contest this illegal piece of paper no judge will even look at your face. This kind of behaviour in judicial system is also called abuse. You abuse your power on the vulnerable women and children. Ghana judicial system abuse women and children and you also collect blood money from armed robbers drug dealers and murderer and sit down with your white wigs and call yourselves lords. You are demons, lucifer devil who always twist the truth and make your pocket rich. If you jail all the judges and leave Anas and congratulate Anas for risking his life to expose you, you will receive honour and respect. Your words are nothing. Start by jailing the criminal judges and start praising Anas and the whole country will respect you. All your properties you guys have acquired you got them thru blood money and evil you have done to the innocents and mankind. I rest my case, Dishonest judges and lawyers in Ghana.

By this statement from the Chief Justice, she is in fact accepting the fact that she and the Judicial Council had not taken the moral standing of lawyers seriously before appointing them as judges. The 1992 Constitution of Ghana is emphatic that a person does not qualify to be a judge unless he is of a very high moral standing. The exact phraseology used by the Constitution is as follows: No one qualifies to be a judge unless he or she is of "high moral character and proven integrity".

By her own admission that they had previously neglected the above constitutional requirement in the appointment of judges in Ghana and thus creating the conditions for the appointment of bribe taking judges to plaque our judiciary, I now support the call by Mr. Ansah Asare of Mountcrest Law School for the Chief Justice to resign because she has failed the whole nation. In supporting Mr. Ansah Asare, I am not unmindful of the fact that Mr. Ansah Asare himself is as corrupt as hell because he indulged in serious corrupt deals whilst he was the Director of the Ghana School of Law.

It does not help to be a Ghanaian judge either in political times of post 1966 era; after all realities are shaped by tribal and political party affiliations or preferences. The CJ cannot hide her own baggage; she was appointed and confirmed by Kufour and the NPP majority not because of her qualifications, wisdom or impartiality but to carry water for an NPP hell bent on scapegoating an NDC politician on any trumped up charges of financial malfeasance. The 2012 court battles over election results was be an eye opener for even the blind in Ghana because our Supreme Court justices put on the ultimate display of political party induced reasoning which should falls under behavior assessments and evaluations CJ.

We have consistently written that our national success hinges on production and technology has opened wide doors for our generation to achieve that end. Technical education with strong emphasis on CNC machinery knowledge is the key ! This dummy government has not been listening. The government must train at least three thousand young men and women in the following areas of engineering : CNC Programmers, CNC Machinists (Mill/Turn, Drills, Grinders,Milling,Quality Control,Assemblers,Welding,Turning), Manufacturing Engineers focusing on CadCam Design and Shop Production process management(Using softwares like Solid Works, Pro/Engineer, MasterCam,SmartCam,), Maintenace personnel.
2 Then the Government must buy Production Machines like CNC Mill/Turns, CNC Milling Machines, CNC Turning Machines, CNC Drills, Welding Equipment, Machine Tools and Measuring Equipment, Forklifts and loading Equipment.
3. Then the Government can choose any manufacturing item for production - ranging from door knobs,brake shoes,car parts, sheet metals,computer parts, engines,pumps,valves wheels - basically any solid to be transformed into any designed shape on the machines.

The training can take as long as one year or less. This is the only avenue to economic success. Anything else is foolish gimmickery and waste of resources adding debt to debt chasing World banks and the Chinese with no end in sight. That is how they do to earn what they give to you as loans.

Some of the acutely corrupt judges like Justice Apaloo got away but that said, Ghanaians are better of gaining redress from their chiefs than going to Ghanaian courts. Since most litigants are not lawyers it stinks to the high heavens to see them going to courtt over a simple matter for years. The way the courts ensure this time wastage is using stupid technicalities in matters that require the raw facts in order to end the litigation. The most annoying part is to litigate over property and be caught in a web of technicalities instead of examining the pure unadulterated facts. If these criminal judges do not face jail time for 10 years or more then I believe Ghanaians should realize that nothing has changed and should start looking for arbitration through their respective chiefs. Just don't waste your time with the courts. They are worthless.
