  this is really interesting, only 5% made it out of over 2,000 candidate! I bet you the majority those 5% have political influence! The ordinary youth or average youth with no political or expertise influence will hardly make it.Let start training and mentor the youth first and then support them afterward to perform efficiently. that's the true way to go. unless government thus not have enough capital injection into this program, youth unemployment will continue to grow, and become a menace on us. there are very few opportunity out there for the Ghanaian youth, because our leaders are not creative enough. Period!
