  Who are people in charge of the numerous NGOs in those regions and Ghana's number one SPENDING AND BORROWING OFFICER? Who were the managers of the SADA when dubious monies were expended on non-existent projects and programs and on John Dramani Mahama's hunger for power in 2012? The answer is; THEY ARE ALL PEOPLE FROM THE 3 NORTHERN REGIONS !!! Have we not heard from the Northern MPs how they have become filthy rich to the extent of fucking girls and women rough rough k3k3? Thanks Prof. Quartey but the question is WHO WILL BELL THE CAT? Of course NOT John Mahama, Ibrahim Mahama, The Northern Caucus in Parliament, Ministers and their Deputies, or The recycled IGP. my sympathies go to the SUFFERING KAYAYEI AND THE VERY VULNERABLE IN AND FROM THOSE REGIONS. Very soon, John Dramani, Asiedu Nketia, Kofi Kportuphy, Kofi Adams, Ministers and their Ministers, and the whole NDC money machines will descend on those regions to give them three cedis, salt, matches, charlie wote, syringe for enema (bentoa), anchovy(Keta Schoolboys)for their votes in 2016 as they did in 2012. UPPER EAST, UPPER WEST, AND NORTHERN REGIONS, LOOK AT YOUR ECONOMIC CONDITIONS, AND ASK WHERE HAS ALL THE MONEY GONE aka SIKA NO WO HE?   please you guys have to correct this mistake you keep making. There's nothing like three northern regions. We only have one northern region in Ghana with the capital been Tamale. Then we have Upper West and Upper East. We however have three regions in the northern part of Ghana ( the 3 regions in the north).

  I agree fully with this recommendation from the prof. let take a look at all those who are appointed to head projects in the northern Rs, expecially our northern sibblings before appointment n after. Most of dem get wealth as if they won a maga lottor but their projects never mets their aims and objectives. Aside the monitoring let dem declear their asets before and after the projects.
