It is better to use moneys meant for the Circle interchange to construct and rehabilitate road networks in the cocoa producing areas. That is a mark of a good leader.

The proceeds will be used to construct the Circle Interchange. Only good leader can has such a vision. You are far from it

In fact 28 is ready for commissioning. Then he mentioned that the world bank is also paying for additional 23, which is also nearing completion. Then another 50 was also awarded this February, scheduled to complete in 18 months. He went on to say a further 50, subject to budgeting would also commence next year. Wherein lies the delays Mr reporter. I would've thought you were looking to ask about when the last tranche of 27 would be built. Let's be accurate with the info we give Ghanaians,especially when they didn't hear the original message.
