I wish having the report will bring back your lovely and hardworking husband, but unfortunately, that ain't going to happen, leave this loss in the hands of the creator.

This is unnecessary and unheard of. Your husband died in an accident caused by tyre burst and what else do you need to be told again? If there's any investigation report at all, it will not be for your consumption than policy ...

This is unnecessary and unheard of. Your husband died in an accident caused by tyre burst and what else do you need to be told again? If there's any investigation report at all, it will not be for your consumption than policy decision makers/security experts to use to determine what, which and how tyres or vehicles that will be used in the future can help prevent future occurrence of similar incident.

She is making a childish demand as if in the US where she is,where that vehicle was made accidents don't happen or tires don't burst or as if reports prevent future accidents.

The problem is, in Ghana we find it very difficult to do things right,this report is not something that needs to come from government but something that should be there in the police station,in the jurisdiction where the accident happened within days,it is not a big deal just going to the police station to get it from a clerk,not through any government official,but we always do things in a backward way,somebody should just write what they know and give to her if that is what will satisfy her.
What happened was accident and I can see it from far away that in the first place it was a tire burst resulting in the accident and the driver like most driver very inexperienced in situations like this who was already speeding,slammed on the brakes instead of taking off his foot from the pedal while controlling the vehicle up until it comes to a stop.
The husband was the only one who died because he was the only one who thought seatbelts are a joke and took off his seatbelt just before the accident.

I do sympathise with her as a young lady losing her husband but she should have known better to say something to educate the clueless journalist who was interviewing her.

So what again, the police report can only be for insurance purposes, it is also public knowledge that it was a one vehicle accident caused by tyre
