The 40 year plan is a policy framework which is impregnated with development blueprint that will be rolled out in phases. It also dictates the direction of our developmental project so that we don't do things haphazardly.
Good response to someone who has very little knowledge on the future direction of our country.

I read somewhere that Ghana will be the first country on Earth to have a 40-year development plan! I googled on Internet and no other country has had a 40-year D-Plan. This is insane!
