Hearts are crazy
Medeama must not sell Tom Strand @ all.
They are not selling him. Hearts have no money to pay their players but have money to buy out Strand from his contract?
Hearts shouldn't go for Tom Strand because they will shoot themselves in the foot. Tom rather take Medeama to Africa and I am sick of why this big old team called Hearts can't a calibre coach to manage the team.

The coach was from different team before joining MEDEAMA . So what's the big deal if HEARTS too needs his services. Good move PHOOOBIAA

I met tom strand stranded at the DHL office at ridge last week. The guy is very lively, funny n jovial. He was all over the place. Get him, Hearts!
The problem with Hearts is to get the best material who can deliver and a manager having the qualities of Tom Strand becomes a secondary matter. There are many good managers including Akonoor and the likes.
