Knowing how USA operates elsewhere in the globe? I wish Ndoum can pick on this question. I think, he is a CIA agent Ghanaian. Infact, he does not deserve to be president of Ghana. He should think of managing ECG first, before president. With ECG transformation, Ghana should ask the help of Kwadwo Anpofo, the Opoku ware ex prefect, Havard graduate in Economics and Cornell MBA. Down to earth guy, but brilliant as hell or heaven. Ghana should give that corporation to that guy.
