  This shows lack of innovation on those companies using a fake VIP name. They must be sued to desist from this stupid act. Just create your own name and brand, that's all. The main reason why people board the real VIP buses is because of their safety track records. If there are unscrupulous companies mimicking the real VIP but have poor safety records , eventually people are going to stop boarding the real VIP buses.

  If the company cares so much about their brand identity, they should just apply to the DVLA for a customized series of registration numbers for their buses across the country, like the FZB ones for example. That way, all their buses will carry the same registration, say VIP 23, 24, 25 and so on, irrespective of where they are registered in Ghana. Small investment with large benefits, I think. Otherwise, stop complaining - the colours red and white do not belong to you, and anyone can spray their buses in those colours.
