  The problem with all these political commentators sharing their opinions on the issue of corruption in Africa (or Ghana for that matter), is that they are ALL tainted. Each and every one of them, and they have all served in government at various times, have a whiff of corruption in their histories. To quote Mr. Lincoln, "you can fool some of the people ALL the time and you can fool some of the people some of the time but you cannot fool all if the people all of the time".

  With that stratospheric level of thievery and stealing the promised rapture or Armageddon will happen before Ghana develops and that is the hard, bare fact. Some say Rome was not built in a day, but if such Rome had been under this huge weight and burden of such crass thievery, looting, stealing and corruption, I can bet my last pesewa, Rome will never have been built and there is no way, this fact can be disputed anywhere.
  The stealing and thievery of the John Mahama gov't has firmly established, hastened and catalyzed Ghana's unstoppable descent into the boondocks of primitiveness and retrogression. Ghana has gone off the cliff on the back of this thievery and that is where the problem is, the thievery and looting and until the Mahama NDC gov't is fired at the ballot box, Ghana is going nowhere.
