  govt should support private sector because they generate tax and govt consumes it. if you kill off private sector, that's how you can't pay doctors, teachers and others.

  Just take a look at the prices of the houses being built at Prabon near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.The cheapest is not less than 300 thousand dollars.How many ghanaian workers can afford to buy any of these houses?Is it only the rich who are to have roofs over their heads?The government must take solving the huge housing deficit problem in the country seriously for it is the poor ghanaian worker who is bearing the brunt of the problem.What the country needs are more affordable rental accommodation for ghanaians,especially workers. When it comes to housing ghanaians the emphasis must be on housing the majority poor,ESPECIALLY WORKERS and not the few rich.

  Ghanaians are far too tolerant & laid-back when it comes to corruption among our rulers, hence this impunity. This govt is just a thieving mafia. Mr Anokye's remarks is clear evidence of it.

  The reality sadly, is that these thieving politicians know damn well that no matter what the prices of these houses are the ordinary Ghanaians can never afford them. So at the end of it all it's they themselves with their stolen money, and the few rich who will buy them. And to be honest I don't see any better changes being made any time soon no matter who comes.
