  If this policy will reduce poverty, then why hasn't it happened so far? The truth is the premix business is an NDC racket, that's why there's been a lot of friction over it among members of premix boards. Even Jacob Allottey ...

  This policy was "poached" when the "Beautification of Accra" was implemented.... Jamestown was to be the hub.
  A "Poverty Reduction "document was presented to support the HIPIC application.

  This makes it imperative that "dumsor" is solved..
  Fisher wives can add value to the produce and
  fish feed made available to poultry,cattle;and pig farmers.
