And I am happy the headquarters is in Canada so that Ebo Barton Oduro, Afari Gyan, Betty Mould Idrissu, Okudzeto Aboakwa, Benjamin Kumbuor, jon Maaaaaama, the ghost of jon Atta Mills as well as Kwaku Anyidoho, Fiifi kwatey, Oko Vanderpouje and all these NDC thieves will be arraigned and consequently jailed after being prosecuted. Mahama is now cutting soil for the construction of roads he knows there is no money to pay for. The trick is see simple. Just commission the the projects and win the votes and abandon them if you win. If you lose the new government would be responsible.
No wonder Engineers and Planners are behind all the projects. How does a firm that has no equipment of its own win a 32 million dollar contract. Which government dept did the bidding? We shall see
