SHOULD USE ALL THE NOISE THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING BY SAYING THEY LIVED IN EUROPE, AMERICA, ETC AND BRING THEIR EXPERIENCE HOME TO SAVE THE NATION, BUT IT IS WHERE THEY DO THE STEALING MOST TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE AVERAGE GHANAIAN. GHANAIANS ABROAD COULD CONTRIBUTE TO OUR DEVELOPMENT BUT THOSE GUYS AT THE PORTS WON'T LET THEM.

  I don't think the minister of trade is listening to anyone's advice. He is talking about a portal for Africa when Ghana's own house is not in order.
