  How many times do you advice a fool? 40 year plan cannot be developed by NDC when we are declining economically at present. Where is the baseline. This thing will not work, empty barrels

  There is no indication what they're trying to achieve with this plan. Most parts of the world is already on its way to being a cashless society, and that changes so much. I don't know where they intend to start and where they will end with a 40 year plan.

IT IS SAID THAT THE DONKEY IS A HORSE CREATED BY A COMMITTEE. A 49 YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN WILL SHACKLE A VISIONAY LEADER WITH UNNECESSARY INPEDIMENTS. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON. BESIDES, THE RATE OF CHANGE IN THE WORLD IS COUNTED IN DECADES NOT CENTURIES. WHICH MEANS IN 5 YEARS THE ASSUMPTIONS UNDERPINING THE PLAN WILL NO LONGER BE VALID
