This desperate move by Hearts was all because they wanted to avoid relegation and plunge Kotoko into it. As things stand now, it is a 'victory of a sort', both teams have avoided relegation and neither is winning the league cup, and the GFA has been embarrassed from seeing the relegation of one of its hens that lay the golden eggs. How I wished the Disciplinary decision had stood so that we know in Ghana that apart from the FA and league, GFA has no other official matches. Hence teams could choose which ones to participate in.

The appeal committee decision is not fair because the Elite cup has never been approved by FIFA so you can not serve a suspension and that's absolutely cheating on the premier league. Is any team represents Ghana as Elite cup champion in any African tournament ? Hell no so let's apply the laws accordingly so the league can move forward and serve deterants for teams that use unqualified players.

Hearts should not have filed the protest in the first place.

The Disciplinary committee said the next official game does not extend to the next game if the team that played the next official game fails to protest and in that circumstance, the team that used an unqualified Player will lose only three points to the league and not six points.

Hearts was not the next official match Kotoko played after Obed Owusu had accumulated three yellow cards. Hearts was neither the second or the third official match but the fourth.

Hearts was desperate when they filed that protest trying to get points their SORRY team could not win on the field. Hearts would have been relegated if not the fixed matches played against Berekum, Hearts of Lions, Medeama and WAFA.

The FA cup and the premier league are really licensed by FIFA so Ghana cannot use the introduced elite cup affect these two competitions because that will be corruption and you all know that is the truth and you are afraid of the truth because the truth hurts.

Last very bad season is gone and we should focus and win the next league season-long overdue.We were not prepared for africa the last season as we simply dont have the squad and it neally cost us our premier leaque status. No africa this time please even if those at the top dont have financial muscle To go. After we win the leaque then we think of africa. Phobia-The very best. Phobia -You better turn go back round.
