  This Dr.of books or Dr. of medicine is not wise. Electricity is no more a social good. its now an economic commodity. If it is priced well so will there be available at all time. I am not sure the Dr. checked the balance sheet of the electricity companies before the advise.
  Has he checked and analysed the cost of capital sources in terms of interest payments and its impact of cost of operations and associated cost? No! Internally Generated funds comes with zero interest even though it has opportunity cost. I think we must accept to pay relistic price for the energy we consume and those who owe should pay all their debts so that the utility companies can invest in the systems they operate to provide the required efficient systems.

  Increasing the price for small consumers and providing free to the larger consumers like the millitary, ministries and other government departments and unfortunately also to dead goat etc. are the problem. Increasing one billion percent for the poor consumer who has may be two or three bulbs cannot solve the problem. These government agencies in the Western region alone are owing more than 18 billion dollars. if you multiply by ten, the government alone is owing more than what the government is owing the gas suppliers in Nigeria. NDC is a brainless, useless, non-thinking governemet led by big talkertives and unfortunately a dead goat called dramani. They cannot solve any of Ghana's problems. Change your mind and vote for another party in 2016 for a change!!!!! Let human beings come and rule and let the animals go and enjoy thier loot. If you follow them blindly, it means you are also not thinking. Ebei what do Ghanaians want to see that these fools have no future for Ghana. Is it ignorance or what
