The guy play smart to swindle innocent customers in the affected regions. He chose his victim carefully. why didn't he establish the business in Accra, Kumasi Takoradi etc. but covertly based his business in Brong Ahafo and the three Northern Region. the media is Accra is very vibrant and would have definitely expose him from onset. DKM strategically chose his victims. Martin Delle is a fraudster and must be watched. I understand almost all the purpoted assets of DKM are not registered in the company's name. Pls, BOG investigate DKM very well and if possible seize all their purported assets to defray the debt to customers

I think the focus of bog is lost in this issue. They came in the name of protecting customers and for that matter, Ghanaians and also to bring sanity to the money market in Ghana. If after being satisfied with all their findings and hence, granted DKM the permission to operate again, how we'll have they monitored their operations such that, DKM is not even able to pay back their clients principal sums that were lodged with them.
Am forced to think that, DKM and bog are in bed over an issue which they donot want to make public.
This is where I blame the president for keeping mute to these things which has caused many, their lives.
It is so disappointing.

The truth is, the government has borrowed all the money frm DKM thro the BOG and is unable to pay back. They are therefore using deceptive propaganda thro officials of BOG, whilst top management of DKM hide behind BOG's action to keep customers in suspense. Martin Delle the CEO OF DKM is fully aware and is part of this grand scheme of deception. They know the majority of customers who are Northerners n Bonos are NDC sympathizers, and will never rise up against the government on this issue. So u see folks, how they carefully chose their preys! DKM is operating this business only in the Northern n Bono territories of Ghana. But innocent poor citizens have been swindled of their hard earned income in this hard difficult times. Pls customers wise up! Put party affiliations aside and fight for your rights.
