  They both did well. My take is this: Jordan as the leading striker for Ghana does not do justice to other Ghanaian is laughable. The Black Stars is not a small team. What about the other strikers that we have? We all grew up watching Abedi weave his magic on soccer fields and have grown to love him as a result. We also appreciate the contribution of his family to Ghanasoccer. Having said that, one may ask, Is that the reason why our coaches keep playing Jordan as the starting striker for Ghana when we all know he is not up to it? We all have a little bit of nostalgia for the days of Abedi. But you all can bear me out, that Jordan is not up to the task as Ghana's leading striker. How many chances does he need to prove himself? What is wrong with him coming off the bench as a substitute. The same goes for Kwesi Appiah. Appiah was descent, not great. Don't get me wrong, they are good players who some day can be the BS's leading strikers, but for now they should come off the bench. I don't understand this coach at all. Give other guys a chance too. Gyan we know. He has proved himself over the years. We need a top striker to pair with him. Jordan has not proved himself despite all the chances he has had with the Black Stars. Not every player can have Abedi as his father so let's be fair to all Ghanaians. Give Kojo Poku, Sam and Warris the same chance. Warris has speed and skills on the ball, qualities Jordan doesn't possess for now. When his performance improved, he can come back to become the leading striker. All those guys are Ghanaians too and deserve a fair chance. These are guys who discharged themselves excellently in Washington DC against Canada. Jordan as usual did not. I read what some guy who rated the players wrote about Warris. It was all BS and lies. Warris was electrifying on the right flank when he came on at half time. So was Kojo Poku, Sam and Aryeh on the left. I wonder what game the writer was watching. The way we play our politics is the same way we handle our sports and journalism. Lots of sycophancy and lies. Coach Avam Grant, please do the right thing. Over here, we don't joke with our soccer. Thanks for the space.
