  Why can't West African countries use go in for "Cloud cealing " during severe dry seasons. I live in Malaysia and witness the government using this method of rainfall even if when the citizens complain of warm weather. Their country is Green all year round. "Africa!" Africans why can't we try new inventions? It's working for the smart guys. Climate is undependable and unpredictable this time.
