Most of these double voters across the border have the right and choice to opt to be in Ghana or Togo. They will just opt Ghana for life.

The biggest loser will be NPP because once again, under Nana Addo, the party has shot itself in the leg by expressing ethnocentrism under the pretense of clean register.

We all know that not only do we have double registration in the Volta corridors but along the Brong Ahafo and three north most regions, but due to hatred of the Voltarians, Bawumia and his Nana gangsters decided to highlight that of the Volta.

Again, it is very ironical that NPP will seek help or the pressure of the very colonial masters who created this crisis in the first place.
For economic, divisive reasons, there's a trend which a certain colonial master left almost all the nations she administered.

There was no consideration to bring people of different tribes together but keep them divided for her benefit. Hence, many borders were set because people of the same culture.
Examples, like Kashmir between India and Pakistan, Ghana and Togo, Ghana and Burkina Faso, Cameroon and Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda are but a few for those who have eyes to see.

This was no accident and their solutions lies in a well thought out plans than just mere political ignorance and selfishness.

I for one, have always suggested three options,

1. Ensure that all birth and death and marriage records are brought to standards.

2. Encourage inter marriages among tribes which enriches the gene pool and also greatly end this tribal divisions.

3. The African union taking the initiative to try and redraw the borders for Africa to resolve the tribal- border crisis left by the colonialists.

This is not going to help the NPP in 2016 because the same people will vote but what might affect the party is the NPP insisting on the removal of ghost and underage voters especially in Ashanti region which is the strong hold of NPP.

I feel sad and sorry I might not be able to defend the party again because as an Ashanti, I can not be part of a party that encourages its supporters to be ethnocentric and divisive in this 21st century when national development is the prime across the world.

May we find proper solutions to our problems and not jumpy emotional thoughtless suggestions.

It is generally agreed here that if this happens, they will get the opportunity to get minors to bloat the register and help NPP. Even pastors here openly confess that getting minors onto the roll is the best option available to NPP since the BVR has sealed all the loopholes. So all the hysteria is just to get the opportunity to bloat the register, nothing else.

Bring registers from Ivory Coast, Burkina, Nigeria, Mali, Guinea; in short the ECOWAS register so that we give interpol to investigate. After that we send our new register for approval in London and Washington, then the UN. They will arange stanby force when Nana's war breaks out in 2016 after his defeat at the polls.

The other day, a friend of mine was referring to Nana's "Rise and Build" tour as R&B (Rice and Beans) tour. I love the malapropism here, and this reminds me of the late Ghanaian actress, Araba Stamp who was popular for his malapropism, "fried rice and kitchen."

And it happened that Nana's Rice and Bea... eiii, sorry, Rise and Build tour has ended up in a Rise and Fall tour. Why am I saying this? The NPP's woes have deepened after his tour. Chairman Paul Afoko has been suspended indefinitely by the National Executive Committee of the party. There was a display of all-die-be-die antics during the meeting, and the party’s private security, the Invisible Forces burnt a motorbike and destroyed the windscreen of a taxi cab.

Many party activists are angry as a result. An NPP "militant" group Bolgatanga Bull Dogs (BBD) in a press release has threatened to scuttle the electoral fortunes of the NPP in 2016 because of the suspension of their National Chairman.

What even makes the issue more serious is that some party Stalwarts have started baring their teeth, and Andrew Awuni, a former Press Secretary to former President Kufour is one of them. He spoke on Neat FM some hours after the suspension. Hear him:

"Between the last two elections, an amount of over 100 million dollars has been disbursed into the party's coffers.Where did all this money go? Adakabre, what is going on is all about the control of the party's finances and useless worshipping of a human being. Recently, 3 million Ghana Cedis was released to the party. Kwabena gave each constituency an amount of GHC10,000. This flared up emotions because the money was not released to the executives to spend lavishly. Subsequently another 45 million Ghana Cedis was released which landed on the laps of Abankwa, then the battle began. So aren't they seeing what Mahama is doing? Making the NDC so attractive today!" Tankweeew, Mr. Awuni, I'm glad you have also seen the magic of the young man from Bole.

That notwithstanding, the near octogenarian flagbearer of the NPP, Nana Akufo-Addo seems to be saying Tweeaa to those livid activists by endorsing the suspension. He confirmed in a statement: "I have been apprised of the decision taken by the National Council of our great party to suspend Mr. Paul Afoko.

Having satisfied myself that due process was rigorously followed in arriving at this decision, I welcome and fully endorse it."

But more worrying is the beleaguered chairman's statement that he is still at post.

In a show of defiance, Mr. Paul Afoko, in a press statement said that his purported suspension is unconstitutional, and therefore, the decision taken by the NEC is null and void; so, he is still the National Chairman. The question many are asking is that can Afoko do foko? My answer is that time will tell. Let the music in the camp of the Elephant Family keep playing on. Kikikikikiki, enjoy Lionel Richie's "All night long."

Afari Gyan bloated the voters register with one million people the last time he was asked to clean it so what's wrong with getting a new one. I believe Ghanaians didn't vote for this incompetent bunch of thieves. The ec should stop playing games with the npp claims and come out with their findings.
