  Most people and graduates are unemployed after their parents have spend all their monies on them.

  Does John Mahama even understand what he is talking about? The budget perpetually is overspent so what does John Mahama mean by he won't overspend the budget in an election year? I don't get it. If there was no over-expenditure in the budget then one can begin to understand this statement, but that is not the case, so what paaaa is John Mahama talking about? Is this a joke or something, because I don't get it.
