If publicity can be so easily bought, why should the thievish NDC ministers and deputy ministers and NDC communications team members refrain from stealing public funds, since thieving public funds enables them to continue to buy publicity for their party? They will thieve money (WOYOME, GYEEDA, SADA) and continue in office, and then steal more money from public funds to bribe journalists to keep them in power to steal, steal, and steal? How much did Mahama pay for his helicopters? The Ministers are also aware that journalists will kill each other to be allowed to travel on rickety trucks hired by presidential and NDC staffers, who secretly take hefty commissions from the truck and bus owners, or are the secret owners of the transport business themselves. Who approves the rates for hiring these rickety and dangerous vehicles? NDC officials! Can NDC investigate the NDC? No! No! No! A thousand times no! Did Mould-Idrissu and Barton Odro not approve the Woyome payment? C52 million gone for nothing!

Be careful, Ghanaian media practitioners. By allowing these NDC thieves to attack decent politicians like Akufo Addo, you will be telling the public that the thieves of the NDc are the respectable politicians after all. For the public doesn't know the difference between propaganda (paid for in the "hired party press" -- apologies to Martin Amidu)

Ghanaweb too has to be careful not to recycle such nonsensical attacks from the media. It may give Ghanaweb a certain number of clicks (good for advertisement purposes) but does Ghanaweb want to throw away the baby (democracy) with the bath-water?

Akufo Addo and the NPP is toast! Alan Kyeremanteng wouldn't do the things Akufo Addo is doing.

Going forward, after 2016, the NPP is going to face a huge cahllenge and that challenge will be between the Akyem faction and the Ashanti faction of the party. Will like to break this down further.

Although the Akyem faction thinks it is their turn to run affairs of the NPP and that the Ashanti faction is out to scuttle its ambitions, the truth is that Akufo Addo happens to be the wrong person to lead the Akyems. He can't unite the field. I believe someone else from the Akyem branch would have done a better job at bridging this divide and unite the party.

But how come the Akyem mafia has rally behind the wrong person in their "standoff" between them and the Ashantis? The answer is simple, when the Ashantis were in charged, they Akyems and others were marginalised to a large extent, something that some will deny but it is true.

So although the Akyems think it is time for them, unfortunately they happened to have a bad leader, Akufo Addo is the problem, by his vindictive self, he cannot unite the the various factions he sees in the party.

Forget the likes of the Kweku Baakos and the Nana Akomeas. They've taken grotesque positions because of the crumbs that they expect to fall from Akufo Addo's "dinning table".
