The foundation of the States case, the autopsy report, underwent a bizarre Houdini disappearing act, and it was not after several months had passed, and this 'Nyame Nipa' granted bail, and allowed to travel back to the U.K that, the author of the report, 'surfaced' to furnish the court with this key document.
The 'fix' was in from day one; and so let nobody be surprised by this 'outcome'!
But this guy`s fall is inevitable; will come as a result of the persistent push and competition by some of his numerous Ghanaian mistresses to be elevated to the status of "Asafo Maame"!

Where is justice for Charmaine Speirs? There is something shady with this case when the prosecutor abruptly asked the judge to drop the case for lack of evidence. A case should not have been filed against the accused in the first place if the prosecutor lacked sufficient evidence to prosecute the case. It is unorthodox for the prosecutor to ask for the judge to abruptly drop a case while it is being tried for lack of evidence. Isn't that the responsibility of the defense attorney and not the prosecutor? Once again, the Ghanaian legal system appears to be tainted, given the recent allegations of bribery on the part of some judges. It won't surprise me one bit if the British Commission gets involved in seeking justice for Charmaine Speirs.
