  These days any stupid fool can call himself a coach. We have seen it on this forum even as at now. People who claim they know better than the Black Stars coach and knows which player is fit or not fit to be called into the Black Stars keep making a lot of stupid noises day in day out. That this player must do this; this player must do that as if they know better than everybody. No wonder we are being told by another idiot you don't need a qualification to become a coach. Funny enough these are the same idiots who attack the Black Stars and the GFA if Ghana loses. Big Shame on you self-annointed coaches. You have nothing to contribute to the development of Ghana soccer apart from stupid ideas; constant and unwarranted criticisms. These people are not only stupid but dangerous. They want Ghana football to nose dive into the abyss. Their foolishness must be exposed on a regular basis to show how shallow their thinking is.

  The decision to appoint a foreign coach for hearts of oak is to say the least very silly indeed. but why do we continue doing this kind of injustice to ourselves..as this will not only affect our image n self worth as a people but to the future of the sport in the country n to our very hard won financial resources ....?
  after all soccer isn't as it were rocket science, just the use of our reflexes, a little creativity which is never the preserve of our white friends only, its just the use of our legs or feet., just these yet our sheer malice for one another is the cause of the deep slip our game has been suffering for the past three decades for the entire spectrum of sports in the country particularly football ...it is for the same reason that the FA won't like to employ a local coach bcos obviously they will be earning relatively far higher than their employers, the FA., as to them it would be better to instead hire a foreign coach...what a gross injustice n stupidity to ourselves..simply bcos a fellow Ghanaian will be earning that much as a foreign coach...
  Just take a look at the Egyptian snr national team ,with their own local players an coaches have within the same period, 1982 till date, whiles we were still in the wilderness under digging n undermining ourselves egypt had managed to win additional four CAF cups as we shamelessly kept shouting and trumpeting and flaunting our old and sometimes useless past trophies..!
  i appeal to the president, president mahama as a matter of grave concern, urgency n courage amongst other things to draw up a completely strong local policy guidelines to be passed into law to totally bar the hiring of foreign coaches to any of our sports disciplines particularly football and even restrict the call ups of the black stars to only local players...! period as part of the indigenization of our national life. absurd and silly though i know others may call this suggestion. but for over thirty-three years that we have been fooling ourselves...what there is to show for...? Ghanaian surgeons are even doing very complex heart surgery and the like why not football or sports.?? .FIRE burn kofi nyantakyi and all the backward skin pain executives at the FA...the four caf cups, we won, dk poison, azumah, ike quartey, agbeko nana konadu world under 20 youth and some of the under 17 soccer feat were all accomplished by indigenous stuff...so why not now... lets give our local coaches the opportunities and avenue upgrade and sharpen their skills n expertise...to lift up the game...as authorities also ensure they are properly remunerated not forgetting players too....

  We have more doctors and professors than when Nkrumah was president but compare the two economic management of Ghana. Krobo Edusei with no certificate performed better than our present doctors in politics.
