  We can piggy back on statistics from renowned world organizations to make decisions. This is because we are not as sophisticated as the USA or UK or China. We know DDT is harmful. We don't need statistics to ban its inappropriate use. We know a list of carcinogenic products. We don't need experiments to decide to avoid them. We don't even have statistics about deaths due to not washing hands. Yet we know that from hygiene that hand washing is healthy practice.
