To be honest a new voters register is paramount in the 2016 election if we want credible election and peace in the country. If NDC has nothing planned there should be no qualms about a new voters register or they are running away from their shadows.
Anyway, folks who pays for the cost of a new register?

Despite NPP losing their case leaving President Mahamah and NDC government three year to govern effectively, any good Ghanaaian assessing the achievement of Mahamah will conclude that Mahamah and NDC government have achieved more in Ghana since our independence except our late president Dr. Nkrumah and his then CPP government which was stupidly overthrown by the military coup led by stupid Afrifah and Kotoka per American CIA and the sympathysers of UGCC and Prof.Kofi Busia. Mahama and NDC government have completed the dusty roads and streets in the country as well as fly-overs left dusty and uncompleted by Kufuor and the NPP government including Nana Addo as well as Nkrumah circles interchange making the country look like New York. Many government schools have been built and established by Mahamah government.
