Did Dr. Col Kotia steal or buy the doctorate? For a military officer to 'trailblaze', work hard and achieve a Ph.D in Political Science he has done several things: encouraged our young officers that it is possible; reminded you and I that the military also has intellectuals; that research capacity can also reside in the bosom of the military.

Knowledgeable persons hide their titles,Africans desire for big big titles is what has brought us to our knees,we can even construct good roads and best drainage systems but yet we can take salary whiles close to 300 people die after just 3 days of rains.What the army should rather do is rekindle the 48 engineers to take full charge of our country's roads construction needs and stop this useless advice from the veep.If we were to write about his lazy way of handling the Ghanaian economy,I don't think we can ve all the papers to contain his failure in office,we need practical leadership not title holder shit.
