  Yes, Francis Doudo is not serious. He's letting his crony Andrew Owusu run the GAA from the US. Which shouldn't be just because he Francis has a lot on his plate more than he can swallow. With all their so call circuit which has rather render the sports of track and field a joke. They have nothing to offer. They've wasted lots of talents and have no plans or programs for the sport so far. It's about time they get voted out completely.
