Read the above quotation well. This man is trying to find an exist strategy that will enable him to stay on as Power Minister come December by going against his promise.

He said in terms of equipment availability, we should be able to pronounce that load shedding is over? What does that mean, 'equipment availability'?

What he is saying is that, if in December our needs as a country is 2400 megawatts is available then load shedding can be said to be over. Hold, it Mr Minister, we already have equipment availability for the country needs before you promised to end DUMSOR DUMSOR.

Ghana has 3200 megawatts of power if aqll our energy plants are running before the Turkey and other energy sources coming on stream.

The problem is not equipment availability which we already have more than enough. The problem is money to buy gas and fuel to power our plants.
