  The last time I heard as of first November 2015, the government has suspended the ban. Three factors accounts for such suspension. One, lack of political will at the expense of the environment and people's health. Two, corruption and bribery , monies exchanging hands to scrap such legislative. Three weak government and lack of vision for the environment and people's health.
  All these points to how weak and useless the current administration is. They can't implement nothing .
