  foreign investors are now very selective about which African countries they invest in. Unfortunately, Ghana is not on top of their list. This is a major challenge for the GHANA govt. If Nigeria can solve its energy and corruption problems within the next 5years, it will become the top recepient of real foreign investment in Africa. Even Ivory Coast is seen by investors as a better prospect than Ghana.

  Yes we know he is Mr Cobblah what did he contribute to the PPP forum to deserve being in the picture?
  What is his affiliation? Is he from C-Nergy
  or Min of finance or he Mrs Appenteng? I know he is not, because I attended a similar conference in Washington DC which she participated.
  The Ministry has not put up any report to benefit the investment goals and needs of the country since she returned to Ghana.
  I hope on this conference a better reporting of the aim and results of the conference will be published to make it available to everyone on the Ministry website.
