  Another useless court like the racial so called international court of justice.
  How is that court going to deal with the numerous presidents for life mostly in the French countries?
  They are now going to the French for assistance and the French will dictate to them who they should prosecute like they and their European counterparts are doing with the so called International Court of Justice which is fit to be called INTERNATIONAL COURT OF INJUSTCE.
